Since 1999, Mrinaljyoti Rehabilitation Centre (MRC) has been running the Special School Section, where education is provided to students who cannot be mainstreamed and require education in a special way. This setup mainly aims at providing a functional class, educating the child using different tools and technologies & preparing students for mainstreaming. - INCLUSIVE EDUCATION
In the year 2016 Inclusive setup was introduced. The School Section of Duliajan consists of classes from Nursery to Class VIII, NIOS, in which there are around 175 numbers of students. The numbers of students at Digboi Outreach Centre is 82 & at Rajgarh Outreach Centre is 38 nos. The UDISE Code is 18150610806. - CO-CORRICULUM ACTIVITES
At MRC, the holistic development of children remains a core focus. Daily yoga sessions are conducted to promote physical health and mental well-being. Alongside this, children actively participate in co-curricular activities such as art and craft, singing, and dancing, which fosters creativity, self-expression, and joy. These engagements contribute significantly to a nurturing and balanced environment for every child's overall growth.
